Just started reading Scandinavia and The World! Sooooooo funny!

I know it's a little bit late for this, but...

After comparing the artwork through each of the books, I think - and don't get me wrong, I love the new style - I just generally prefer the old style, both in the manga and in the anime.

But, maybe I'm just used to it.

They just looked more... I don't know... Young and cute... Especially Italy and America.

And after pondering it for a couple of minutes, Japan's eyes are supposed to have no soul. They suit him better when they have no soul.

Also the thick lines of the old style made Iggy's eyebrows look WAY epic!

Sorry about the rant, but tell me your opinions.

I actually quite like the new art. It make them all so much cuter and sexier. *starts fangirling*

But the points you have brought up are totally legit. Japan's eyes and Iggy brows etc.

I just watched episode 3. I almost cried at the Canada appreciation club. But Aussie made his first apperance! Now let's start a rant:

• The scandinavian club is supposed to be the Nordic Club. They kind of excluded Finny and Icy.
  
  
• Aussie's art is ugly. You would expect him to be extra good looking, but no chance.
  
  
• You hardly see Prussia.

That was actually a rather short rant.

I was looking through Japanese names and I found Kiku, which I remembered meant chrysanthenum, which it did, BUT!

Kiku is a girl's name.

I just had to put that in.
